Houndman nailed it. Iran and Isreal. Muslims and Jews. Iraq would have attacked Isreal. Iran will as well. Its not republican and democrat, its holy war that does not truly involve us. We are involved because we are such staunch allies with Isreal. We can help build up any nation we want to keep ourselves out of the mess, yet this comes back to bite us everytime. Iran attacks Isreal, Pakistan, India, then we spill into China, while North Korea jumps into the bar fight with a hay maker onto American soil in the form of some dirty bomb or some attack on Europe which then throws us even deeper as if we wouldnt be involved enough with Isreal. Then it becomes truly the war we all have wanted to see, where everyone is fighting everyone and no one knows why? Bible, Koran, Torah....Oil, Impearilsm or ignorance.
